Unlike a bank, First Credit Union is not-for-profit. We’re owned by our members, not shareholders. We’re local. First Credit Union was established in Arizona in 1929 and today is based in Chandler, AZ. We care about our members. We show it by offering member-priced products and services, but also by offering free tax preparation, free financial education, and free money management tools to help members improve their financial condition. Simply put, we exist to serve our members:)
Giving back to the communities we serve is a core value. Together with our members we raise thousands of dollars each year for Children’s Miracle Network hospitals in Phoenix and Tucson. Also with our members’ help we collect and donate school supplies, clothing, personal care items, pet supplies, and food for our neighbors in need throughout the year. Our employees give of their time as well by donating hundreds of volunteer hours serving community organizations.
From your first debit card to retirement savings options — we’ve got you covered with a wide variety of choices for savings, spending, borrowing, and investing. We’re here to help you learn about money too with useful videos, guides, and tutorials about budgeting, car buying, managing checking accounts, and more. It’s all free & available 24/7 – just click on Learn. Plus, we make it easy to manage your money on the go with cool stuff you want, need and expect like mobile apps, text banking, remote deposit, and tons of surcharge-free ATM locations coast-to-coast.
